The rooms in Schollheim
At Schollheim, there are five categories of rooms: small, medium, and large rooms, as well as standard and accessible apartments. These units are assigned to corridors, each forming its own corridor community.
The rooms are situated in House 1 and House 2, furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, wall shelf, and built-in closet, and include a private sink. Additionally, each room is equipped with LAN and TV connections. Each corridor provides shared facilities for the rooms, including a communal kitchen, showers, and toilets, shared among the residents.

Unlike the rooms, the apartments located in House 3 feature private bathrooms and a small kitchenette. Each apartment, furnished with LAN and TV connections, includes a setup comprising a bed with drawers and nightstand, wardrobe, shelf, adjustable desk, and desk chair. The kitchenette includes a two-part shelf, stove, sink, and refrigerator.

The rent for each room includes utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and internet. However, residents need to apply for a telephone connection at their own expense, and the broadcast contribution (Rundfunkbeitrag) is shared equally among all residents. Additionally, each resident is provided with a personal bicycle parking space. However, parking spaces for cars or motorcycles near the dormitory are limited and must be self-organized or rented separately.
